Waxing Risks & Skin Reactions

We want you to feel great about your waxing experience! Please be aware that while rare, some individuals may experience side effects such as redness, swelling, or tenderness after waxing. These reactions can occur immediately or later, especially if aftercare instructions aren't followed. Your comfort is our priority!

Disclosure of Skincare & Medications

To keep your skin happy and healthy, please let us know about any skincare products or medications you’re using, both topical and oral. Products like Retinol/Retin-A, Vitamin A, Salicylic Acid, and others can affect your skin during waxing. If you have any doubts, feel free to check with your physician.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand life happens! If you’re running late, please give us a heads-up. However, if you arrive more than 8 minutes after your scheduled time, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment and charge 75% of the service cost. We really appreciate your understanding, and we want to ensure everyone has their full time to shine!

Cancellation & Rescheduling Polic

Plans change, and we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 75% service charge. If you do need to make changes within 12 hours of your appointment, we’ll need to charge for 75% of the missed services. We truly appreciate your cooperation, as it helps us accommodate other clients!
